Return Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased on peutetreby.com, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch of your order to do so. Items must be returned in perfect condition with all tags and jewellery boxes.

To start the return process, go to the contact page and choose the “Product Return” option. If you’re logged in, choose which order and product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. If you are not logged in, insert your order id.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

As long as the jewellery piece arrives in its original condition and meets our terms and conditions, you will receive a full refund (by the same payment method used) for the returned item minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The amount may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

Always keep proof of return. The return process will be at your own risk.

Note: In the case of deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees for importing goods. Such amounts will not be refunded.

Change Return

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us via email customer-care@peutetreby.com. If you choose not to return any item marked in the request, you will not have to make any management. We will only refund items received at our facilities.

Return multiple orders at the same time

You can return several items from different orders in the same shipment. For that, don’t forget to put all the products in the proper jewellery boxes with all the proper labels.

Return packaging

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other package, as long as it is well sealed to prevent the items from being lost.
