Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Peut-être affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the candidate). In this agreement, “Peut-être” refers to Leonídia Ferreira, Unipessoal LDA., with whom you are signing this agreement. By signing up for the Peut-être affiliate program, you confirm that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Affiliate program

Affiliate Program Peut-être works as follows:

1. After registration, a unique code will be assigned;
2. Through its website or social network, the Affiliate promotes Peut-être through the unique URL that identifies the Affiliate;
3. Peut-être tracks all visits generated by the Affiliate;
4. Whenever each of these visits generates a sale, the Affiliate will receive the corresponding commission.

Commissions

In order for a sale to generate a commission for an Affiliate, the customer must complete the complete purchase process for one or more products and make full payment. Commissions will only be paid on sales made when the customer clicks on qualified and correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly encoded links are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Commissions can be viewed in the Affiliate Panel.

The commission will be 8% of the value resulting from the sale of the product, excluding the value related to fees and also shipping costs.

Payment

An Affiliate may request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of 50€.

Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing may take up to 30 days from the date of request.

Affiliates residing in the European Union are obliged to issue an Invoice (if a legal person) or Single Isolated Act / Recibo Verde / Invoice (if an individual) to receive the payment of commissions.

If the documents in the previous point are not issued or are not in compliance, payment for this order will be suspended.

Payments will generally be paid via PayPal.

Reimbursement

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions received on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Use and obligations

Affiliates are allowed to use the Peut-être brand and available marketing resources. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not obtain any trademarks, copyrights or any other rights in these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that he is acting on behalf of Peut-être and will not use this relationship in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not advertise paid (search engines) with the keyword “Peut-être” and with links pointing to the official URL of Peut-être ads.

The Affiliate will not use any means (including cookie stuffing) to violate the use of the Affiliate Program in order to obtain commissions unlawfully.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Peut-être.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the contract immediately without notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commission from Peut-être will be paid for any past or future transactions of the customer.

If Peut-être chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance in excess of 50€ will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances less than 50€ will be forfeited.

If the Affiliate is in a recurring program, Peut-être will not be required to pay any future payments after termination.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to, changes to the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

Competent Forum

All claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with this “Agreement” must be resolved in court.
