Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order. If you want to exchange your order, please contact us via email customer-care@peutetreby.com, so that we can cancel your order. So you can place a new order with the desired products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to a processed order. However, if the order has not shipped, we may offer to cancel and refund the order so that you can place a new order with the correct items. Use our contact form. We will do our best to cancel before your order is shipped. For more information, see our returns and exchanges policy on our website.
You have days to return your order from the day you receive the order. The same for products purchased on sale. You can read more about our return policy.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Stripe, Apple Pay, Paypal and Klarna.
Once the order is packed and ready for shipping, it is charged. Unless you have chosen the Klarna payment method.
You can choose to pay later or split into 3 interest-free instalments using the method chosen at Klarna. You can choose to pay later or split your payment through Klarna.
All taxes that must be paid will be added to the final amount that will be displayed during checkout. Please check them.
Our Jewellery
Yes, we mark all your jewellery pieces to give you the guarantee of the quality and originality of the products. Every piece you buy from us is quality checked before it is shipped. You can read more about parts marking in our article.
There is an online ring size chart available on the product description page. Just check the chart and measure your size. Our wristbands come in a standard size (7 3/4 inches) and are designed to be adjustable.
We use recycled 925 silver, upholding our sustainability principles and ensuring that all our pieces are strong and durable.
Our pieces are designed here in Porto and produced by traditional jewellery companies located in the greater Porto area and northern Portugal.
As with all precious metals, do not use Peut-être pieces in the sea, in the shower, in the bathtub or in chlorinated pools. Remove them when sleeping, during physical exercise and avoid contact with creams and perfumes.
Depends on the part. In some pieces, we have this customization option on the product configuration page. In other cases, you can send us an email using our contact form. Shipping will take longer than five days.
